About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting three seasoned, highly skilled Founding Deployment Strategists on behalf of a valued client partner in the AI B2B software startup sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Founding Deployment Strategist opportunities. We are seeking highly technical, customer-facing builders who can help create and scale a customer engineering function from the ground up. These hires will own customer relationships, optimize deployments, automate internal workflows, and serve as a critical bridge between users and product leadership during an early growth phase. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or unstable resumes will not be accepted or interviewed. We are prioritizing professionals with consistent tenure, startup agility, and measurable ownership impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology environments
  • Minimum 1 year at a VC-backed startup (Seed through Series B preferred)
  • Demonstrated agent-specific deployment experience, including early-stage rollout of AI agents or agentic workflows
  • Proven ability to build processes, automations, and playbooks from 01
  • Strong systems thinking with engineering-oriented problem-solving ability
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow automation platforms end-to-end
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in async and customer-facing environments
  • Ability to independently own onboarding, coaching, and deployment execution
  • Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Background from MBB, Big 4 advisory, forward-deployed engineering, or highly client-centric technical environments
  • Experience at voice AI, applied AI, or workflow automation startups
  • Technical undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience partnering directly with founders or CTO-level leadership
  • Strong customer onboarding and coaching experience in early-stage growth settings
  • Proven ability to move quickly with minimal structure
  • Experience translating customer pain points into product roadmap improvements

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships end-to-end from onboarding through adoption, optimization, and long-term success
  • Train and refine AI agents using product tiers, pricing logic, buyer personas, and real-world customer scenarios
  • Analyze usage trends, workflow data, and customer interactions to surface actionable product insights
  • Build internal automations and repeatable workflows that scale the customer engineering function efficiently
  • Reduce manual processes through systems thinking and tool-driven execution
  • Partner closely with technical leadership to convert customer feedback into shipped improvements
  • Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and operational best practices
  • Create documentation, internal playbooks, and scalable deployment frameworks
  • Support rapid customer growth while maintaining quality and responsiveness
