We’re hiring our first dedicated Demand Generation Manager to own and scale how we generate sales-qualified leads. Today, our entire pipeline is inbound and organic. We’ve seen strong signals from early experiments with LinkedIn content, a monthly newsletter, and field marketing. This role is about turning those signals into a repeatable, measurable, and growing pipeline engine. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to define demand generation strategy, where you’ll fully own execution, performance tracking, and iteration. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership and direct impact on revenue. This role offers direct ownership over pipeline and revenue impact, with high autonomy and real influence on demand generation strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to build the demand function from the ground up, shaping how we generate and scale sales-qualified leads. As the company grows, this role has a clear path to expand in scope and seniority.
