What You’ll Do Build Savoy Life’s Technology Platform from the Ground Up Partner directly with our CEO and COO to design, architect, and build the technical foundation that powers Savoy Life’s caregiving‑first model. You will own the creation of our data infrastructure, intelligence layer, and early products that unify caregiving and clinical data—enabling risk stratification, clinical decision support, and scalable continuous care. Your work will transform today’s human‑intensive process into a proprietary, tech‑enabled platform that can serve seniors everywhere, not just in senior living facilities. Lead AI/ML‑Driven Capabilities Implement and own the technical strategy for AI‑enabled clinical signals, early‑risk detection, sentiment analysis, and proactive care workflows. Leverage LLMs to power both conversational, virtual rounding, and structured clinical summaries. Use AI‑native tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, GitHub tools, agents) to accelerate prototyping and development velocity. Develop Healthcare‑Grade Data Integration Pipelines Create our data infrastructure, automated AI/BI driven insights, and BI querying Build and scale ETL pipelines that ingest data from QHIN data, HIEs, internal Savoy tools and potentially beyond. Ensure data integrity and traceability across a wide variety of structured and unstructured inputs. Own Security, Compliance & Reliability Build Savoy’s platform with HIPAA compliance and senior‑care regulatory needs from day one. Implement secure data storage, encryption, auditing, access control, and monitoring frameworks. Establish and enforce best practices for uptime, reliability, and operational readiness. Create and Scale the Engineering Organization After building the first versions of our product, you’ll recruit, mentor, and develop engineers as the organization scales. Establish engineering culture, SDLC practices, architectural standards, and performance expectations.
