About The Position

We're looking for someone hungry to drive our growth. You'll work directly with our CEO to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy. We close 85%+ of pilots. Your job: book more pilots with hardcore outbound. We are in-person, 5 days a week.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proof you've exceeded quota
  • Love for cold calling (seriously)
  • Experience building your own pipeline without sales support infrastructure
  • Experience with modern sales tools (Apollo, LaGrowth Machine, Hubspot)

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required - we care more about your sales abilities

Responsibilities

  • Full top-of-funnel strategy and execution
  • Daily cold calling blitzes to mid-sized commercial real estate firms (lender, brokers, acquisition teams)
  • Build, experiment, and iterate on multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls first, Linkedin, emails)
  • Creating and refining our sales messaging and strategies based on market feedback
  • Representing us at industry conferences to build relationships and generate opportunities
