You’ll be joining a high-growth sales team at a pivotal stage of Evertune’s growth. Our go-to-market org is built around ownership, urgency, and a deep respect for the craft of SaaS sales. Every seller on the team is expected to understand the product, the market, and the buyer, and to take responsibility for building and closing pipeline. You’ll report to sales leadership and work closely with Account Executives to fill their calendars with highly qualified meetings across upper-tier mid-market, enterprise brands, holding companies, and agencies. You’ll also collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and account strategy. This is a founder-led selling environment where hustle and curiosity matter. Outbound is a core part of how we grow, and this role will sit at the center of building that engine. Because we are early stage, you’ll have meaningful influence over how outbound is built – tools, processes, targeting, messaging, and qualification standards. The mandate is simple: build pipeline and create consistent, qualified meeting flow for the team. We’re hiring our first Business Development Representative to build and own Evertune’s outbound motion. This is a 100% outbound role focused on sourcing, prospecting, qualifying, and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll generate qualified pipeline through strategic account targeting, thoughtful outreach, and disciplined follow-up. This is not a volume-only cold calling role. We focus on upper-tier mid-market and enterprise brands, holding companies, and agencies, and the expectation is well-researched, relevant outreach that converts into meaningful conversations. Evertune sits on rich AI search reporting data that provides strong signals around which companies to target. You’ll use these insights to develop account lists, prioritize outreach, and craft messaging that resonates. You’ll leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay for enrichment and automation, and other prospecting platforms to build scalable outbound workflows. While much of the motion will be cold outbound, you’ll be encouraged to use warm paths when possible – tapping into LinkedIn networks, mutual connections, and creative angles to open doors. This role is built for someone who wants ownership. You may have been a founding BDR who helped build outbound from scratch, or you may be a senior or lead BDR ready to step into that level of responsibility. Either way, you’re motivated by creating pipeline, filling calendars with qualified meetings, and building systems that work. Because this is our first BDR hire, strong performance in this role creates meaningful upside. A high-performing BDR will have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive or to build and lead the BDR function as we scale. We’re not hiring for a static seat – we’re hiring someone who wants to prove themselves and take on expanded ownership over time.
