Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience building and shipping software.
• A passion for exploring the frontier of AI, with a focus on prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and evaluating AI performance.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of GPT-4 experience.
• Experience with healthcare data, product engineering, machine learning, or web crawling.

Responsibilities

• Tackle cutting-edge challenges in prompt engineering, language model optimization, and AI system evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape and execute our technical roadmap.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems, APIs, and AI-driven features.
