About The Position

Kastle is building the AI operating system for consumer lending . We partner with some of America’s largest mortgage lenders to transform their contact centers and compliance operations with AI voice agents. Backed by $2.3M from Y Combinator, Commerce Ventures, and executives from Snapdocs, Google, and WePay , we’re redefining how millions of borrowers interact with financial institutions. This is a rare chance to join at the ground floor of a company already plugged into large-scale customers and real production use cases. About the Role We’re looking for an GTM Lead who can take Kastle’s story into the boardrooms of the most complex financial institutions in the country — and turn conversations into live deployments. This is a hands-on, high-ownership GTM role . You’ll lead everything from targeted outreach and discovery to pilots, executive demos, and commercial negotiations. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape Kastle’s GTM playbook, refine positioning for regulated industries, and experiment relentlessly to scale what works. As you succeed in the role, you'll be responsible for building out a world-class GTM team to help Kastle dominate consumer lending across North America.

Requirements

  • Write clearly, communicate crisply, and can hold your own in a room of senior executives
  • Enjoy creative GTM work, crafting messaging, building decks, running experiments
  • Have experience consulting or selling into highly regulated sectors like banking, lending, or fintech
  • Are proactive, disciplined, and energized by complexity. The kind of person who thrives when stakes are high
  • Operate with curiosity, urgency, and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute outbound and ABM strategies targeting top mortgage servicers, banks, and lenders
  • Run structured discovery and stakeholder mapping across risk, compliance, operations, and IT
  • Own pre-sales customer interaction in partnership with the founders
  • Build and refine early GTM systems — CRM, reporting, outbound sequences, and messaging frameworks
  • Orchestrate pilots with clear success metrics and outcomes tied to ROI
  • Collaborate with founders and forward-deployed engineers to design and present solutions
  • Navigate InfoSec, legal, and procurement to get deals signed
  • Contribute to content and storytelling that drives enterprise credibility (case studies, posts, event narratives)
