About The Position
We're The Contractor Consultants (TCC) - an award-winning hiring service for the construction industry. In the past year, we've grown 10X (yes, really), and we're just getting started. We partnered with big names like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the Masonry Association of America, and we were named Top Construction Hiring Services Provider of 2024 . If you're a recent graduate who's eager, hungry to learn, and ready to dive into a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you. We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial go-getter to join our team as the right hand to our COO & Co-Founder. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, learn directly from a founder, and grow alongside a company that's scaling rapidly. This is a full-time, remote position paying $20-$22 per hour (+ benefits). It's designed for recent grads or early-career professionals who want more than 'just a job' - they want a front-row seat in scaling a startup. You'll get to wear many hats: Part executive right hand (keeping the COO focused and organized) Part entrepreneur-in-training (jumping into marketing, tech, and operations whenever needed) Every day will look different - and that's exactly the point.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (recent grads encouraged to apply!)
- Natural communicator - clear, professional, and approachable
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Quick learner who thrives without constant hand-holding
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving instincts
- Tech-curious - comfortable learning new tools fast
Nice To Haves
- Interest in marketing, startups, or tech
- Experience working with a busy founder or exec
Responsibilities
- Keep the COO's calendar running like a well-oiled machine
- Manage and prioritize inbox communications
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive touch points and follow-ups
- Dive into projects across marketing, CRM updates, and tech tools - and pick up new skills along the way
