About The Position
Join Tryrama as a Founder's Associate to build the intelligence layer for the global electronics supply chain. Working directly with the CEO, you will act as a force multiplier across strategy, GTM, and product. You'll help automate manual workflows for billion-dollar distributors, turning 8-hour processes into two-minute digital actions. Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in high-growth startups, management consulting, venture capital, or technical business operations roles.
- Highly analytical mindset capable of synthesizing clear conclusions from messy supply chain data and fragmented industry workflows.
- Exceptional communicator with a bias toward action who thrives in in-person, fast-paced environments (6 days per week).
Responsibilities
- Own and drive founder-level initiatives end-to-end, including market expansion, pricing models, and new customer segment strategy.
- Support complex sales cycles by conducting deep research on brokers and distributors to identify repeatable GTM patterns.
- Build internal tooling and dashboards to improve decision-making speed while translating customer pain points into product direction.
