Piper Sandler Investment Banking is excited to launch our Foundations Rotational Program designed to recruit and develop professionals with or without a background in finance. We are now accepting applications from interested candidates from various backgrounds, industries, and experiences. Identified candidates will participate in training prior to the start of the program. The Program will begin in January 2025. Participants will rotate over twelve months within the sub-verticals (OFS, Midstream, Upstream) of our Energy Investment banking group in our Houston, TX office. At the conclusion of the twelve-month rotation, management will determine final placements. Participants will be assigned mentors and executive sponsors during the rotational program. Final placements will be in Houston, TX.
