As a Foundation Business Consultant at Sequoia, you’ll play a critical role in developing meaningful client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, and delivering value at every step. You will: Conduct initial discovery and sales meetings (approximately one per day) and onboard 1–2 new clients each month Design, implement, and support Sequoia One’s HR outsourcing programs for both new and existing clients Lead and guide prospects through a consultative sales process and help drive confident decision-making Present tailored PEO market analysis to clients and prospects, positioning Sequoia One as a trusted partner Collaborate closely with Client Service Managers to ensure a smooth implementation and enrollment process Provide ongoing consultative support to clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
