The ideal Foundation Repair Technician - Wood member candidate: Is an upbeat and positive person bringing a can-do attitude to work everyday Has high stamina and can do physical labor for 8-10 hours per day Is comfortable working in confined spaces Can work with minimal supervision Works cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team Is quality and safety driven Is detail oriented The Foundation Repair Technician – Wood team member is vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following: Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle Completing on-site projects which could include: - Repairing or replacing wood beams, floor joists, sills and support piers - Installing additional supports such as sister joists, shims and bracing - Utilizing jack systems to level and lift sagging floors when Wall Anchors Working with pressure treated lumber, engineered wood products and fasteners Operating power tools, saws, drills and jacks to complete repairs safely Following OSHA regulations, building codes and company safety protocols This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation.   • Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Able to start work at 7am and work to 5pm Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturday
  • Previous experience in carpentry, framing and foundation repair preferred
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment
  • Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
