Requirements

• Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor, crawl spaces, and tight spaces
• Willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town jobs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Work on a small crew (1–3 people) fixing real problems for real homeowners
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Install foundation repair systems the right way — no shortcuts
• Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
• Take pride in solid work that lasts
