Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor and crawl spaces
• Willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town jobs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Work on a small crew (1–3 people) fixing real problems for real homeowners
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Install foundation repair systems the right way — no shortcuts
• Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
