Requirements
- Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
- Comfortable with physical labor and crawl spaces
- Willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town jobs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
- Work on a small crew (1–3 people) fixing real problems for real homeowners
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Install foundation repair systems the right way — no shortcuts
- Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
- Take pride in solid work that lasts
