About The Position

The Foundation Intern will play a key role in supporting the fundraising, stewardship, and operational functions of the Bethany Children’s Health Center Foundation. This position provides hands-on experience in donor data management, donor engagement, and administrative support, while directly contributing to the mission of serving children with complex medical needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with databases or data entry is a plus, but not required.
• Prior involvement in nonprofit, fundraising, or volunteer roles is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Verify addresses, review duplicates, complete missing fields, and enter new donor information from events, mail, online and in-kind giving.
• Assist with preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and supporting Foundation events and campaigns.
• Print, assemble, and mail donor acknowledgment letters; ensure timely and accurate stewardship touchpoints.
• Assist with donor journey mapping, documenting processes and identifying engagement touchpoints.
• Other duties as assigned
