Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field required (or eight years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree).
• Five years of experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Three years of management experience, including supervision of employees and volunteers.
• Three years of experience in donor development and grant writing.
• Five years of experience working with non-profit boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Foundation’s strategic plan and long-term goals in collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee operational plans and ensure alignment with the Foundation’s mission.
• Manage non-profit fundraising efforts and donor development initiatives.
• Supervise employees and volunteers, including budget development and management.
• Engage with non-profit boards to foster relationships and support fundraising efforts.
