About The Position

In collaboration with the CEO, the Board of Directors, the staff, and other key stakeholders, the Foundation Executive Director develops and executes the Foundation's strategic plan, long-term goals, and operational plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field required. May substitute eight (8) years of relevant work experience for the required degree.
  • Five (5) years in non-profit fundraising.
  • Three (3) years of management experience including supervision of employees, volunteers and budget development.
  • Three (3) years of donor development and grant writing.
  • Five (5) years working with non-profit boards.
