About The Position

The Foundation Development Events Coordinator is responsible for successfully delivering high quality events to achieve strategic objectives (i.e. donor acquisition, cultivation, community engagement/outreach, stewardship); identifies strategic partners, sponsors and community groups to collaborate on events/campaigns. They will develop, execute, expand, and evaluate the Annual Giving fundraising program for ICHS Foundation, which includes, but is not limited to annual fundraising campaigns, event coordination, donor acquisition and retention, donor communication, and database management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Marketing or a related field. Certificate or advanced degree in fundraising a plus.
  • Two (2) years of experience in fundraising or non-profit experience.
  • Knowledgeable in fundraising best practices and donor cultivation/stewardship strategies.
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is required: annual/monthly giving strategy, major gifts, donor cultivation, event coordination, grant writing, planned giving, capital campaigns
