About The Position

The Foundation Development Associate/Grant Writer and Administrator at ARCA is responsible for generating annual revenue through grant writing, fundraising events, individual giving, and third-party fundraisers. This role works independently under the direction of the Executive Director and collaborates closely with the leadership team to strategize and execute the foundation's comprehensive fundraising program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in grant writing with a strong portfolio of successful proposals
  • 3 years of experience in fund development, donor relations, and grant writing/administration
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with board members and team members
  • Self-starter with high professionalism and attention to detail
  • Nonprofit fundraising experience
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to make effective presentations

Responsibilities
