About The Position

The Foundation Coordinator plays a crucial role in the MCH Foundation team by delivering advanced administrative support. This position is responsible for coordinating annual scholarship programs, facilitating selection processes, and acting as a liaison for donations and sponsorship requests. The coordinator also maintains the Health Foundation donor database and assists with Employee Giving initiatives, while providing administrative support to the Foundation's functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
• Previous philanthropic, donor relations, or related work experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support to the MCH Foundation team.
• Coordinate annual scholarship programs and facilitate selection processes.
• Act as a liaison for donations and sponsorship requests.
• Maintain the Health Foundation donor database.
• Assist with Employee Giving initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the Foundation function.
• Assist in coordinating Volunteer Services in Med Center Health facilities.
