About The Position

The Foundation and Mission Program Coordinator serves our campus, residents, and employees; strengthens our local community; and contributes to the global work of the Order of St. Camillus by leading a wide range of initiatives, projects, and day-to-day activities in support of both offices.

Requirements

  • Must have a two-year degree (4 year degree preferred)
  • Must have several years of fast-paced professional work experience, experience in a related organization a plus
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, particularly with numbers, organization, and planning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and teams
  • Strong commitment to customer service, hospitality, and compassionate care

Responsibilities

  • Assist with special community projects and mission-focused events
  • Coordinate volunteers for projects and initiatives
  • Support food pantry operations, food drives, and the annual toy drive
  • Participate in and support Resident Mission Committee activities
  • Support donor relations and stewardship efforts
  • Assist with the administration and tracking of donations
  • Prepare and send donor acknowledgment and thank-you letters
  • Interface with the accounting team regarding gifts and records
  • Provide support for Foundation events and fundraising activities
