Provide support, guidance, crisis response and leadership to the FFC Department’s caregivers. The Foster Parent Advocate will act as a liaison between staff and caregivers. Providing support to foster parents that facilitate stability in placement of youth. Additional responsibilities include contacting caregivers to set up initial and subsequent home visits, assessing foster homes to identify needs for the youth in care, and provide support and training to caregivers.
