Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified foster families. Represent the agency at community events, informational sessions, schools, places of worship, and other outreach opportunities. Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts. Recruitment with the purpose of bringing in more diverse foster parents. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials (flyers, social media content, newsletters, etc.). Maintain a calendar of recruitment activities and campaigns. Respond to inquiries from prospective foster parents in a timely and professional manner.
