Job Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Foster Family Adoption (FFA) and Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC), the FFA/ISFC Social Worker is responsible for a caseload of children and their families. Primary duties include conducting initial assessments and placements for children. The FFA/ISFC Social Worker also provides ongoing training, evaluation, and monitoring of foster and adoptive parents. They are responsible for completing all paperwork in accordance with County and agency regulations.
