About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. If you have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience in the human services field, or a master’s degree in a human services field, we want to hear from you! We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role. As a Foster Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Your responsibilities will include teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You’ll collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care.
