Teach families vital skills such as emotion regulation, building healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance for them and the children in their care. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of experience in child and family services preferred.
  • Compassion, eagerness to learn, and a passion for advocating for children and families are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
