In this role, you’ll lead a team of Foster Care Specialists while ensuring high-quality care and support for children and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related field (required)
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Experience in foster care, child welfare, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff through coaching, supervision, and ongoing development
• Foster a healthy, Christ-centered team culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration
• Oversee placements and services, ensuring children’s safety, stability, and well-being
• Review and ensure quality documentation that meets agency and state standards
• Provide leadership in critical situations, including participation in an on-call rotation
• Support training efforts for both staff and foster parents
