About The Position

Average salary is $61,609.60 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Do you like guiding others who work with children and families? Then TFI Family Services has the job for you! We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to add to our Foster Care team! All you need is an advanced degree in social work or comparable human service field! Experience in child welfare is preferred. A Day in The Life as a Supervisor As a supervisor, you will oversee foster care workers and support these workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with foster care workers and the Department of Children and Families to ensure families are getting the support and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.
