About The Position
The Foster Care Specialist plays a crucial role in the Foster Care Department, serving as the primary contact for foster parents, foster children, and birth parents. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of reports as mandated by DHHS policy. The specialist will also conduct assessments and evaluations for prospective foster parents and facilitate communication between all parties involved in the foster care process.
