Foster Care Program Director New Bedford, MA (and surrounding communities) Are you an experienced child welfare or human services leader looking to make a lasting impact? We are seeking a Program Director to lead our Foster Care program serving youth and families in the New Bedford community. In this leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team, partner with DCF and community agencies, and ensure children in care receive safe, stable, and supportive placements. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful work while developing a strong team committed to improving outcomes for youth and familiesWhat You'll Do As Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations and leadership of our foster care program, ensuring high-quality services and strong support for both staff and the families we serve.
