About The Position

Foster Care Program Director New Bedford, MA (and surrounding communities) Are you an experienced child welfare or human services leader looking to make a lasting impact? We are seeking a Program Director to lead our Foster Care program serving youth and families in the New Bedford community. In this leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team, partner with DCF and community agencies, and ensure children in care receive safe, stable, and supportive placements. Requirements

  • Master’s degree required in Social Work, Human Services, or a related clinical field
  • Experience working within foster care, child welfare, or DCF systems
  • Leadership experience supervising teams of 10 or more staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
