About The Position
The Foster Care Onboarding Specialist at Adriel School, Inc. is responsible for providing intensive consultation and supervision to newly licensed foster parents and youth. This role involves case management, establishing service plans, conducting home visits, and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders in the foster care system. The specialist will also provide training to foster parents and coordinate treatment programs for youth, ensuring adherence to licensing regulations and the Teaching-Family Model.
