As part of our team, you'll promote social justice for youth in foster care, juvenile justice, or experiencing homelessness. What You'll Do As a Foster Care Coordinator, your role is dynamic-balancing time between working on-site and out in the community supporting foster families. A typical day might include: Checking in with program staff to identify foster parent support needs Meeting with the training team to plan sessions and develop content Driving to foster homes to provide in-person coaching Debriefing with foster parents and offering guidance on behavior strategies Preparing for upcoming trainings on trauma-informed parenting What We're Looking For
