About The Position

Devereux Arizona's Therapeutic Foster Care Program (TFC) serves children and adults with significant behavioral and emotional needs. Individuals are referred to Devereux via Arizona behavioral health networks and several tribal entities. Therapeutic foster parents are extensively trained to address each individual's intense needs and work with them toward their treatment goals. Reporting to the TFC Program Manager, the Foster Care Coordinator (Adult care) maintains and delivers high quality therapeutic services to TFC Individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral complications. This position provides supervision, clinical oversight and support to the Therapeutic Home Specialists and Therapeutic Home Providers and Individuals as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of work experience in foster care or behavioral health related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check.
• Drug test within 24hrs of offer with negative results.
• Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment.
• Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions.
