WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for direct case management services to children, birth families, foster families and primary caregiver(s) to ensure they receive services appropriate to their needs and continuity of care focused on resolving or preventing child abuse or neglect. The Case Manager provides assessment, planning, coordination, and advocacy and must maintain a positive working relationship with all parties involved.?
