About The Position

The Foster Care Case Manager (FCCM) Supervisor provides supervision, support, case consultation, and training to the Foster Care Case Managers.

The FCCM Supervisor will conduct regular case reviews, ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements, and assist in identifying available resources to address the needs of individuals and families we serve.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old to apply.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with FCCM.
• Ability to work well with both children and families.
• Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations.
• Ability to work with extreme behaviors in children and adults.
• Excellent communications skills to facilitate meetings with children and parents.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
