The Foster Care Case Aide provides administrative and case management support services within the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Program at LSSNCA. This role works closely with Case Managers and program leadership to ensure accurate documentation, coordinated services, and alignment with state and federal URM program requirements. The Case Aide plays a key role in supporting refugee youth and foster families by assisting with service coordination, benefit applications, and transportation needs. This position does not carry an independent caseload but serves as essential operational and field-based support to ensure youth and families receive timely, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed services.
