About The Position

As an Associate Supervisor in our Foster Care/Adoption Program, you'll supervise a team of Case Managers by ensuring that regulations and policies are followed and supporting them while they provide services to children and families. You'll provide initial and ongoing training to Case Managers and collaborate with a variety of community service providers. We are interested in an Associate Supervisor with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field with two years of related experience. We're looking for someone with previous foster care and adoption services experience and knowledge of the Regulations relating to Children's Division, Child Placing Licensure, and Foster Care System. Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required. This is a salaried position starting at $50,500/year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field
  • Two years of related experience
  • Previous foster care and adoption services experience
  • Knowledge of the Regulations relating to Children's Division, Child Placing Licensure, and Foster Care System
  • Ability to be CPR certified
  • Obtain Class E Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Case Managers by ensuring that regulations and policies are followed
