This role will lead the design, build, and scale of the Loyalty Card as a Service (LCAAS) platform with a deep focus on how partners and members engage through AI-powered loyalty, payments, and offer ecosystems. The FDE will serve as the technical driving force behind our LCCAAS offering, blending hands-on engineering, AI and automation expertise, partner collaboration, and technical leadership. This role ensures LCCAAS is not only delivered successfully but also evolves into a modular, intelligent, and monetizable loyalty platform. By supporting both B2B2C and white-label partner contexts, the FDE will directly impact partner growth, member engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
