Gecko Robotics is helping the world's most important organizations ensure the availability, reliability, and sustainability of critical infrastructure. Gecko's complete and connected solutions combine wall-climbing robots, industry-leading sensors, and an AI-powered data platform to provide customers with a unique window into the current and future health of their physical assets. This enables real-time decision making to increase the efficiency and safety of operations, promote mission readiness, and protect the environment and civilization from the effects of infrastructure failure. The Forward Deployed Operations Engineer (FDOE) is responsible for making our Deployments hum. This pivotal role serves as the operational lead for our Deployments, and is the key interface between Gecko and our customers. As an FDOE, you are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of on-site inspections of critical infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, and other assets including power plants, oil and gas refineries, and military assets. Typical activities include work scoping and project management, driving meetings, resolving on site issues, and managing inter and intra-team communications. Through our accelerated development program, you will develop a deep understanding of our robotics and software offerings, the industries we support, and field execution requirements and practices. In addition to coordinating and supporting fieldwork, the FDOE will also support continuous improvement of internal operations including procedure development, training, field support, and more.
