Merge is looking for our founding Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our Services team. FDEs work directly with customers to deliver technical solutions that extend and implement Merge's product in real-world environments. You'll build integrations and product extensions that become part of Merge's reusable platform, while also supporting fully customized end-to-end implementations under customer-specific statements of work. This is a highly customer-facing engineering role: part builder, part consultant, part problem-solver. You'll partner with Solutions Architects, Partner Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure every implementation meets our standards, delivers value quickly, and scales for the long term.
