About The Position

Coworked's Harmony is an agentic AI Project Manager that behaves like a seasoned colleague in the enterprise. Instead of adding another app, Harmony onboards like a new hire who is competent in the enterprise systems, tools and processes your PMO already relies on, quietly taking charge of the admin and routine project management work that drains strategic focus. Think of Harmony as a tireless remote coworker who never misses a detail, always follows up, and keeps every stakeholder aligned. While it handles the busywork, your project managers devote their energy to strategy, risk thinking, and delivering transformative outcomes. Enterprises adopting Harmony see programs move faster, teams handle larger portfolios without extra headcount, and governance improves by design. Our purpose is clear: to staff a dependable team member who lifts the weight of project administration so people can lead, innovate, and scale. If you guide complex programs and want to unlock capacity without disrupting familiar workflows or adding headcount, follow Coworked to see how Harmony is reshaping project execution across the Fortune 500.
