About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced AI technology and real-world sales operations. You will deploy, customize, and operationalize AI Revenue Agents across complex go-to-market workflows, helping revenue teams drive measurable outcomes and increase productivity. Acting as both a technical implementer and functional consultant, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to embed AI solutions into customer processes. The role combines hands-on implementation, workflow strategy, and customer enablement, with an emphasis on building reusable solutions and providing actionable feedback to product teams. You will directly contribute to shaping the future of AI-assisted sales and transforming the way organizations engage with customers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or solutions engineering roles (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Revenue Operations, Professional Services).
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience or familiarity with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows, including prospecting, pipeline management, discovery, and deal review.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into executable deployment plans and configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Experience with Agile or iterative implementation models, pilots, MVPs, or rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pilots and full-scale implementations of AI Revenue Agents across customer environments, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Partner with revenue teams to map and analyze GTM workflows, identifying opportunities for AI integration.
  • Customize AI agent behavior through prompt engineering, data integrations, routing logic, and system configurations.
  • Develop and document repeatable deployment patterns, success criteria, and implementation collateral to scale solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams, providing structured feedback and communicating roadmap priorities.
  • Train and enable customer teams with documentation, functional guidance, and change management support.
  • Support adoption and continuous improvement, ensuring AI agents deliver consistent value across diverse sales workflows.
