About the role Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep Agents into their customer-facing experiences (docs, help center, marketing site, etc.) and internal workflows. To enable this, we provide a full extensible Agent platform which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, an Open Source Agent Framework. In this role, you'll be partnering with both their technical and non-technical business teams to help them on that journey. The role involves being high-touch with customers to help them succeed. Requirements

2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities
Strong experience with TypeScript (Python experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in-office 5 days a week)
