About the role You'll partner directly with B2B customers to help them unlock the full potential of Gamma. This means translating their brand identities and templates into beautiful, functional content, leading hands-on education sessions, and becoming the bridge between customer needs and product development. You'll help customers master storytelling, design, and AI while gathering insights that shape what we build next. You'll work closely with Customer Success to deliver transformative experiences for B2B accounts, and partner with Product as an internal power user representing B2B needs, pain points, and wins. You'll also develop repeatable playbooks and resources that reduce friction for the GTM team and future customers. This role combines design expertise with customer empathy and product advocacy. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
