Requirements

• Retail or merchandising experience
• Strong communication skills
• An eye for detail
• Reliable transportation to get to stores
• High-speed internet access
• A smartphone or tablet for reports and photos

Nice To Haves

• Experience styling mannequins
• Knowledge of apparel merchandising
• Experience in third-party merchandising
• Experience in sporting goods merchandising
• Ability to present product/brand information to groups of 15+ people
• Degree in Retail or Fashion Merchandising or similar field of study

Responsibilities

• Use our MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports
• Chat up store managers and staff to build relationships
• Follow planograms to create attractive displays
• Snap before-and-after pictures to showcase merchandising skills
• Identify what merchandising strategies are effective and provide feedback
