About The Position

Our Home Service Technicians play a crucial role in this mission by utilizing integrated pest management techniques. This involves evaluating and correcting potential pest issues and applying reduced-risk pesticides primarily outside the home to prevent pests from entering. We believe in the importance of training and development, which is why we offer paid training for our Service Technicians, equipping them with the skills necessary to deliver valuable services to our customers every day. As a Home Service Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing various substructure repairs, including floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills. Your role will also involve performing essential home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, insulation installation, and the implementation of vapor barriers to keep moisture out. Additionally, you will operate a company vehicle, ensuring its cleanliness and safety while communicating effectively with customers to set project expectations and guide them through the process. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of your role, as you will strive to meet all customer needs and complete all required service-related documentation efficiently.
