RESPONSIBILITES: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs continually throughout the shift. Must be able to use a scale and record weights correctly. Must be able to follow GMP'S and HACCP regulations. Must be able to keep area clean. Must be forklift qualified or pass forklift certification test. Perform and properly document HACCP checks. Conduct and properly document HAACP Direct Observations. Must be able to learn and use the AS400 to record and verify ingredient use and yields. Must be able to use the AS400 to manage inventory of ingredients and WIP items. Collect required samples and turn in to Quality Control. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to record lot numbers on formula sheets. Must be able to identify allergens. Must be able to perform all reasonable work assignments. QUALIFICATIONS: Able to work in a team environment Able to Communicate with co-workers and Supervisor Work independently Must have a good attendance record
