As a Formulations Processor I, you will support the manufacture of high‑quality formulations at our Greenwood site. You will be part of a dedicated, collaborative team that plays a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant capsule production.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to perform basic math, including percentages, decimals, and fractions.
Comfort using precision weighing and measuring equipment.
Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to pass a color hue test requirement.
Willingness to work 12hr shifts and support team coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

Blend defined ingredients into master batches following approved manufacturing instructions.
Monitor processes to ensure they remain within control limits and meet quality standards.
Identify and respond promptly to process deviations to maintain safe and reliable production.
Perform routine sampling, inspections, and checks to confirm product quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate production records in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to support product quality and workplace safety.
Work scheduled 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
