About The Position

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Formulation Chemist to assist in the development and testing of new product formulations while improving existing products. This role involves conducting experiments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with the research and development team to meet product requirements.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Designing and conducting experiments to develop new formulations.
• Testing new formulas in laboratory settings to evaluate their effectiveness, safety, and stability.
• Modifying existing formulations to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborating with the research and development team to understand product requirements and targets.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the development and manufacturing of products.
• Documenting all formulation procedures and results for future reference and patent filings.
• Providing technical support to production departments during the scale-up of new products from lab to manufacturing.
• Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in chemistry.
